It's a joke.
I'd rather correct them in their own thread and annoy them. I am fully aware this may lead to a ban.
incorrect usage here
Apostrophe used to imply ownership or relation... I feel that is correct usage. Without the apostrophe, it would be "sites" - the plural of site - which would constitute a grammatical error.
dont start again if only you knew the argument i just had trying to defend myself on msn

Ok, apostrophes - here we go:
Incorrect - "Lot's of people are registered on Corsasport"
No apostrophe needed here, simply "lots" - the plural of "lot"
Correct - "Colin's a lover of the sausage"
Apostrophe used to abbreviate "Colin is".
Correct - "Ian's favourite possession is a curly black wig."
Apostrophe used to infer ownership, or as said earlier, a sense of belonging.

It's easier to understand if you use the term "belong". As its members, we "belong" to CS.

There have been many threads such as this one.
They have all failed to remain topped.

That'll be because the majority of cs users were scared off at the 1st sign of a properly contstructed sentence.
