ADDX is owned by the same publishing company as Max Power, its basically the same mag! A lot of the features are of French cars but a good 2-3 a month are UK cars. They often change the colours like they have in yours Iaz, I am not sure as to why though?? maybe its just to make a feature out of it and an article to go around it. In this case Badzilla
I must admit though I always thought they would have let the owner of the car know its going to be used for another mag, you would think they would at least send you a copy.
Either way I think it looks great and you should get a copy sent to you

Phone Max . Shouldn't they let you know if they sell the pics?
Why?
The photographer holds the rights to the photo's
Ohhhhhh... Didn't know that. Looks like Max, The fonts they used on the front cover and in the feature. Even done a little profile on the owner on the last page.
no the mag holds the rights to the pics. i spoke to a photographer of TV and he said the mag holds the rights to all his pics.

I believe he is right
the contract he has with the mag will say that he has sold ownership of the photos over.
The one thing I would say is that Iaz has a small comeback if he does not like the colour.

it does look nice in green, but surely they should of asked if u minded if the COLOUR was changed, as you might not like the colour, etc.

would be interesting to know why they changed the colour? - if both mags are owned by the same publishing company, then surely it wouldnt have mattered?
although, do you have an xbox in JAG Corsa?

He may well be wrong - depends on what deal the photographer has done. If he was not directly employed by Emap he could still own the pictures and have only given Max the right to use them in the UK.
Its all a very complex world. Different people do it different ways. All comes down to the contract that was used
