at this whole thread.
Did any of you stop to think about just who this benefits most anyway? They will be putting all their money into a BRITISH bank and earning 0% interest. Nil, nada, zippo. As for borrowing interest free - If you think that ANY bank is about to lend out money at 0 interest or cost you have another thing coming. Read the fine print.
And somehow I don't quite think that the bank in question has the same views on interest as many Muslims do. So fine, upstanding, tolerant British citizens such as yourselves have nothing to worry about really.

Cant believe people think the ultra conservatives that run/profit from the financial system in this country have gone all soft and caring. They are doing this because they will make money doing it.....this story is scaremongering again... its not true.

Because I want to keep up to date with current issues other than what Jay-Z and Beyonce are doing, or whether Jade Goody is having another breast enlargement which seems to be more important to the youth of today.

but there are restrictions on the account to ensure that the customer does not benefit highly from this so they cannot recieve interest or pay interest.
personally i don't agree but they are moving forward to better position themselves against their competetors

Al-Bara' bin `Azib (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) has ordered us to visit the sick, to follow the funeral (of a dead believer), respond to the sneezer (i.e., by saying to him: Yarhamuk-Allah after he says: Al-hamdu lillah), to help those who vow to fulfill it, to help the oppressed, to accept the invitation extended by the inviter; and to promote greetings (i.e., saying As-Salamu `Alaikum).

I suspect you have had no contact with these people, otherwise you would have a totally different view on this issue.
I do not have a chip on my shoulder, but I still fucking despise asylum seekers.
I work with over 1000 Former Asylem seekers(Kurdish). They are all employed full time on the same wages as everybody else. They all have AT LEAST 3 different forms of identification which have different names on yet contain the same picture, so they are claiming dole(what ever they call it now) 3 times on top of their (very good) weekly wage for a person who doesn't exist. They all have cars, yet have no Licenses, Tax,MOT or insurance. A workmate of mine actually informed the police of this, but was basically told there was too much paperwork involved in stopping them( would an Englishman get let off?? I think not) They treat women like shite. They stand on the toilet seat to shite, so the toilet seats are constantly covered in shit and the floors in piss. They have turned one part of my town into an area which resembles downtown Baghdad.
I am by no means racist, but these people are only halfway along the evolutionary scale, they live like fucking animals.
If they have even the slightest argument with anybody at work they are waiting outside after work with knives, screwdrivers, hammers, yet the police do nothing because the Kurds won't grass and they have so many false identities they can't track them anyway.
I say we let them all in, every last one, then we can all move to Iraq, live in a warm climate, make money from oil and bomb Britain.
