you'd be better off with the dawes type
the right angled looking ones above.... much better controll with the ball bearing type (like a dawes)

how much can you safely raise the boost? do you have a boost gauge?
if its by 5psi or something and you have an accurate gauge, YES

Ive got a Blitz Boost gauge
My cars older so running a bigger Turbo so not running as much boost ken
