Ive quite a bit of muscle on my legs from running loads and gymnastics before

i'm nearly though a 2.7k tub of prolab n-large2 and i've put 1.3kg on go to the gym regular, although i seem to have got stronger during this tub. Moved up to 28kg dumbbells on flat bench press from 24kg. i'm 6ft2 and weigh 76.3kg (11 stone 8 or something) hopefully i wont tlose the weight once i've finished the tub off or i will be pissed off!

eat a whole tub o weight gain for breakfast , a whole tub of protien at dinner and 100 eggs for tea along side 2000ltrs of milk. by the end of the week you will of either put weight on or died

I'm the ideal weight -- in the middle of the white bit.

I just don't find the bloody time to eat. Had a beef sandwich at 10am and now i've 2 pies in the oven.
