well i got caught doing 71 in a 40 and only got £60 fine and 3 points!!!!! it was ont the Heathrow perimeter road which is 2 lanes

Thats exactly what I decided when I got done for speeding. Thought to myself if I can get myself in trouble for speeding in a 1.2 then I'll lose my license if I get anything with a bit of poke and its not worth having a fast car if you cant use it so staying with cheap insurance and small engine for now

That makes no sense at all, its you that decides on how fast a car goes not the size of its engine

Id have got 6 points and £120 fine in total for a 42 in a 30 then on the way back an hour later 37 in a 30
In the first two years of driving, gladly ol mans on the insurance too so he took 3 lol.
Usually actually quite aware and slow in 30's, but not that morning
