carisma now have a bodyshop yes, they used to use fulfords they built the r5, tvr and porsche.

its apparently a 14 week period in the bodyshop where they have a car a week to modify!

Sounds like there will be a lot of crapped up cars coming out... 1 week is no way long enough to do a car... Ah well. Tim Westwood. I wish he would just die or go out of fasion.

I noticed this on the american version ie shuts not being sprayed etc

yeah on the civic they did was proper ropey spray job. Bit like changing rooms looks good as long as the cameras on it then falls to bits

Yea. They re-spray the cars without even taking the doors off let alone the windows.... They were painting the stuff like the wing mirrors and door handles while they were still on the car... How crap

right i spoke to maxpower today as i wanted to know what was going on with this..

Carisma ARE doing it, as Brad said they now have a bodyshop/spraybooth, so that they can do bodywork interior and ICE all in one place...

Tim Westwood has NOT been confirmed YET, but its lookin most likely to be him

Some of the cars which WILL be on there are..

basically OLD classic UK cars (like the US version with all the 80's pimp cars

)

so i asked them if any of these cars will be featured, they said "i bloody hope not, cos then loads of people will want shitty cars featrued"

HOWEVER they will be covering the program and "might" have something at Maxlive ????

well i know there starting shooting towards the end of summer, ready for late this year/early next year - so hopefully it wont be long

Although from whom i was talking to, westwood is deffo being presenter

apparently MTV have already got him signed up to do it....

although im curious to why max power have anything to do with this?? if there not featuring any of the cars, then surely they have zero interest in this

mainly cos of all the publicity n stuff... they will give it a mention in their mag because its Carisma and they love Jamie Shaw... so it will get even more peeps into the show (all the max readers)

aye, i know what you mean - but it sounded like they had a direct link with MTV, as if there gonna do diary features of the show etc

But tbh, i dont see what all the fuss is about? Just means theres gonna be a few cars at meets/shows that look good standing about 10m away but then show up all the rushed work as soon as you get close to them

Although i suppose its interesting in seeing what Carisma will come up with.....im just hoping they wont have anything like a mini or something to ruin
