I kno a 313bhp one does a 13.3 quarter so i doubt an extra couple of hundred horses is gonae knock 4 secs off it.

Oh done a 10.8 at crail will be in 9'z at the right place crail aint the best for running high power cars

A Suzuki Hayabusa (GSXR1300) can do 10's and if that car is anywhere near that i will eat my hat.....

tell you want i will bring one down and we will have a simple Drag race and tell you mate to put his money where his mouth is

i put £1000 on the Busa.......

the Busa would rape the MR2 all day long
they had a twin engine Golf (which can do low 1/4 times) Vs the GSXR1000 (less powerful bike) and the bike could only do the 1/4 mile on its back wheel, and even they it was 3-3
i dont think you really understand how fast a 9 sec 1/4 mile is, i have seen the video of the Sumo Skyline doing the 9 sec 1/4 and that was metal the MR2 is no where near that.

watch the vid guys - that car is fucking slow. looks to accel about the same as a XE corsa (perhaps a bit quicker) - but vid shows going from 60 to about 115 and takes 10 seconds!!!

that 9.6 sec 1/4 mile car had a terminal speed of 144 mph - you do the maths!
