How come when i had my accident 2 months ago then when the old women drove into the side of me, she admitted fault and i didnt lose any no claims, this has been the case with any accident i have heard of where you are not at fault
maybe they just looked at you and thought look at this thick cunt we'l have him here boys

the only times your ncb will be affected when the accident wasnt your fault are either if the 3rd party scarpers and you cant find them to claim off, or the 3rd party has no insurance, or your driving under the influence of drink/drugs, or DWDCAT

Im only TPFT anyway, so have to report it etc. to try get some money for the repairs. Coulda left it, and taken my own revenge but i couldnt be arsed tbh. Now im trying to let the police know to not chase it up, and cant speak to the right people to get it all withdrawn all fuckin hassle.
