sounds like its seized up mate. if your handy with the spanners you could have it back and running for under £500..

new main and big end bearings
crank journals polished
bores honed out
oversized piston rings
gaskets
oh and oil

yeah, thanks for the idea, but i have had enough of it in my garage on axle stands after every other time i go out!

i dont know what i will do yet. i will give it a week and then decide

no arb i take it then?
pretty sure that sits lower than the sump with the spacers in.
maybe an advantage of using one?
