you can pick up the 18-55 ef-s lens cheaply on ebay. will only fit the 20d though

Vibro were did you get you 20D from ????
My lenses cost me around the £120 mark each thay are not the best but the camera had just cost me £949 and then a CF card 2gig 52X £90
saving up for some better lenses at the mo

I got it from 7dayshop with the EFS 17-85 IS lens for £1400, got the sigma 70-200 from warehouseexpress for £579. I have a 1gig sandisc ultra2 and a 521mb kingston. got the sandisc of ebay from the states. canon also make a 50mm 1.8 prime lens. cheap but very sharp. tamron do a nice AF 28-75mm f2.8 XR Di which is also very sharp. I woudl stay away from lens with wide focal ranges like 28-300 as they tend not to be great.

the nikon D70 is a good buy at the mo. £749 will get you the body and AF-S DX 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G SG IF ED lens. add £55 for a 1 gig card. and your away.

Vibro is you camera UK spec or is it french i was geting mine for pixmania but they were selling french cameras and gave you a conversion plug and a pdf with the english manul ???

that is the canon 300D Digital Rebal that the same spec and price as the nikon d70 really around the 600-700 mark with a lens
