Yup, my old mans interested in buying the one next door to rent out, so got him to pay for the survey  . Really really good way to make money, they will need a refit and couple internal walls moving to make a kitchen......there a weird set up just now used to be like dorms with electrics and water only, oh and gas services run up to them but there very good price because of this, and I can get the materials from work to do all that dirt cheap and do some of the work myself

Remember to keep an eye on budget and the longer you keep it the more it costs, oh and get your tradey's early and from a good source I've been watching tooooo many property development shows

Yeah I think all thats worked out, Ive been round and made a rough estimate on what I need, I have plenty pals who are tradesmen so will do favours plus diys not hard Watch me blow the whole town up
Ive worked out a sort of budget but they never go to plan anyway Ive got plenty put away for this and some shares to sell, I can afford it like!
Im not saying how much but cheap I know I can make good profit tho.
