Yes and it pisses me off that while all this is happening and the world is suffering on New Years Eve the ambulance service took 400 calls for assaults in Norfolk & Cambridge

Police should have more power, cant wait to go into training ... but am worried about the lack of power im going to have. Kids round our area are complete bastards and all the coppers round here can do is 'move them on' so they pester someone else

Alot of thai areas wernt affected so people who are in those areas are not totally aware of the full scale of things and prob dont think people are worried about them. alot of people just here thailand on the news and think the worse. unless they were deffo in the main disaster areas then tell her not to worry. if they were well then goin on experience there isnt much hope

My Uncle Stays in Darwin Western Australia.. He was in Bali when the bombing happened and it affected our family dearly when we didnt hear from him for two three days... this year he was supposed to be going to phuket on the 21st of december for three weeks, but he fell i'll and the doctor said he wasnt able to flys...
now this isn't something i believe in but i think that big git thats made my life hell spared my Uncle!

thats a little like my mum being involved in an unfair dismisal from previous job and if she won case her and bro were goin to go to maldives for xmas so they may of been affected. luckily she didnt win!
