i phoned up the engineer who monitors this particular branch he said when he next goes in he will have a word with the bodyshop manager

the garages usually put small things like that on back order, they only usually get small items in when they get a big delivery.
when it does finally appear, ask them for some money off as compensation for your long wait.

i had this problem with PVD they wouldnt deliver my wheels kept fobbing me of so i went to the CAB and they demanded the wheels or they where gonna go to court bingo the wheels turnd up next day

no you dont understand, there is no money involved its rectification of a fuck up they did when they repaired the vehicle going through another parties insurance claim so i cant ask for any money back as im not paying them anything neway
