I've just stripped the whole of the rear of my c out ready for install and the suspension has raised by about 30mm. I could hardly pick up the 60/40 seats as they were so heavy!

You have mistaken stripping with removing the rear seats I think.

as AK said, is only worth it, if u mean it.

makes ur car cold, noisy and looks like something from a scrappy.

if u want something to be lighter than make it a mission, not just pulling the odd bit out

it has mate but only with really thin ply just to cover the bumps. coz unless its getting rally'd or its a complete respray in side it looks tatty im my opinion

my car is stripped of back seats for the cage anyway the mfd just makes the back end look a little tidier.

as an everyday car, stripping it out, i found, made it a lot faster, and that was with leaving all my dynamat in it still. BUT it was noisey, cold, rattley and would only do it again to a car i intended to use from time to time and on the track etc. If the Nova interior wasnt A1, then that'd all come out.
