i migtb pop down, at the moment ive come inside as im trying to replace the anti roll bar mounts on j18 in the pissing rain, oh what fun

Well, i think ill pop down now im feeling mucho better, whole bottle of benylyn and full pack of nurofen in 2 days seems to have done the job. As long as i avoid the road block that is, buggered if im putting the cat back on
