you would need :
Exhaust : Lets say 300 quid turbo back powerflow jobbie
Suspension : 500 quid coilovers
Brakes : EBC discs and pads - 300 ish
Engine - 100 quid or so
Car - 500 quid
Easily done, especially considering the uno engine is so easily tuned and cheaply

then, here is an idea for you
get the corsa running, sell that (sure you could get a decent amount for it) and make the cinquecento your project car. Imagine stripping that out and sticking 160bhp through the front wheels
