has'nt that always been the case? ive got a mate who has recently up until 2 weeks ago have 12... all accumulated within 12 months as well...

I thought 12 was the limit... anymore than that and your banned? Could be wrong, but like I said, happened to my mate, drove like a granny for 3 years, just got them all wiped off

if there was no speed camera signs and no markings on the van then you could contest in court and win.

didnt u hear about the police constable who was flashed doing over a ton on the motorway he went to court and got off bcus the speed camera sign didnt have a black border around it.
