i had an asshole chewing my bumper last year turned out it was a copper on his way home from work and i had decided to boot it to get away from him, 2 miles down the road there was 2 traffic cars blocking the road and i got stopped,
turns out he had used his mobile to call the station and get me stopped for speeding and dangeorus driving.
i didnt get charged with anything because there was no evidence against me.

Might not do you for speeding, as his personal evidence could not convict you. But instead he could plump for the far more serious charge of dangerous driving, which his eye witness account could quite easily get you convicted for!
