30 lessons that took 4eva cuz my instructor kept going away to play golf. 2 cancelled tests. passed 1st time day after my 18th so i couldnt celebrate.

ONLY 5 lessons and 5weeks to pass

took theory test on bday and booked practical soonest i could then, had a lesson a week and 5th lesson was just before me test! me brother didnt have to do theory and passed his test 21days after his bday! iaz

11 months it took me. August 2003 was my first lesson and my first test was in january but it was cancelled because of the snow. Had to wait till the end of march for the nxt, failed that and finally passed 2 an half weeks ago!!!

then I crashed

probably a good thing if you dont pass first time, I know I was waaay too cocky behind the wheel as I had flown through my test....
