boys dnt get me wrong, he is a mate of mine but i thinka nd the rest of my mates all think he deserved to get tested and banned and fined.

and ian its is lucky he didnt crash and break stuff, but he could have also killed himself or others.

I'm not going to get all righteous and you're right, he was very lucky not to get prosecuted for it. I thought I'd say he shouldn't have been out there in the first place though!
