Mines an L reg GSi and thats got a sunroof
Spose it depends how they came out of the production line.
Electric windows were an optional extra with GSi's
I've converted mine from manual to electric. Some have electric fitted.

My M reg 1.2 8v has a sun roof as does my R reg 1.6 sport!

my GSi "L" reg has a sunroof but had manual windows and mirrors!!
none of the corsa's have Electric sunroofs, only manual, but ive fitted a Omega one touch electric motor to mine

GLS, CDX, Sport, not aure about SRi and Gsi. i think they do.
