 | *****UPDATE*****
Manifold is fitted and we now have LOADS of room underneath!!

Got told on AllCorsa that you need a 1.6 air box and the 1.2 restricts it a lot so need to get one of those on order! I haven't really driven the car much so wouldn't know if it did a good job or not

that doesn't look like much space under there still but the old one used to rest on the floor where it's parked in the photo

 | Ecotec cap IIRC.

The airbox on the 1.6 GSI C16XE has a bigger bore on the exit, The 1.2 item has a hot air valve thing too. A standard x16xe one won't give you any improvement IMO.

Cheers Dan, it's a hell of a lot better I can finally drive it!

I've not hammered it just given it a few little bursts as i'm still running it in.

Goes great though, never driven any thing like it

 | *****UPDATE*****

Well finally have some lights on the car!

Bought them last week and one turned up cracked from the courier! The one cracked was the drivers side
so spoke to holmesgsi and he sent me another one which arrived today, so got out there and put it on the car!
I swapped both so they look the same, so now have one spare passenger side and a cracked drivers side

 All fitted
