i think i need to take up dinnerladying tbh thats clearly where the moneys at i cant afford anything for my car atm  thats like £2k worth of work there isnt it?

Hopefully not! I have like 3/4 of a litre left for gsi kit which i should be getting for around £150-200  Then paint that, then coilies £140 then engine ?? Got to haggle with the lovely thomas!

goodluck he is a pro haggler, im mega confused tbh haha when are you gonna have the money for the engine and the kit  and your gonna do an engine conversion before dents (where you doing it cos i need to find someone or somewhere to do mine when i change my engine ) i dunno what im gonna do at college next year not much more i can do to my car...

Ermmm not sure if tom knows but im doing it with him and at his! Ermmm well going to get kit bit by bit! Waiting on corsa roony to get back to me on a front bumper then will get arches and toms got skirts and then in a month i should have money for engine and that lot! More hours at bedes now joes gone But i think im going to go do nightshifts at tesco! £10 an hour! i think so

yeh i was thinking of doing this at asda not sure its £10 think £8.65 or something my bro was saying but was ages ago he worked there wouldnt mind doing nightshifts tbh i never go to sleep before 3 am anyways does ash know your getting an engine this soon? gonna be sweet though, would you not want to fully rebuild it before you whack it in??

Sean - Not sure yet! Tom reckons that guy has looked after it as he absolutely loved the car! Tbh i wouldnt even know what the fuck im doing with it to rebuild it! :/ And not sure but its better money than what im on!!
Darryl - maybe a month or so hopefully depending on funds! And insurance wise! I need to phone up and see if it will change my premium for this year?! Then next year i shall die

Course it will change your premium for this year, It will go sky high as they have you over a barrel and that is presuming they let you do it anyway, Lots of insurance companies wont insured engine converted cars.
£140 coilovers will be crap aswell, Buy right, Buy once.
Also, Don't bother putting in a XE that hasn't been rebuilt (By somebody who actually has, and isn't lying or do it yourself) Don't learn if you don't try.

Aw06 - Thanks for the advise! Dont think i will xe it after all! Its been a while since pvs and ive sat and thought about it so many times and thought no point! And loads of people have fk street coilies and their not bad? i dont have the money to waste £400 on lowering my car! Id rather cheap out or keep my springs and shocks and just get 80mm springs! Thanks for the advise anyway! Always helpful!
