Paint the grill black to match the bumper inserts, would look so much better imo.

Decided on 2.5inch exhaust all the way through, S3 maf ordered, bigger than my current one, will be removing the n249 and other assosciated gubbins as soon as ive been maplins for some resistors. then next month get the turbo sent off.

I like it black, it just looks off in that pic because his bumper inserts are a faded grey colour.

s3 maf here, have modified the air box to fit, will need to squeeze it into the k03s tip but it will go with a bit of wrestling me thinks!

I'm not keen on the black, but imo if the bumper inserts are black it would look ok. I dislike the chrome even more as theres nothing else chrome on there?

What difference will the s3 maf give?

s3 maf is needed to scale the bigger injectors correctly

Yellow spring for my dump valve bought...matches the car innit.... (need one for when its mapped) also bought a blanking plate so i can rip all the secondary air induction crap out, won't be needing it with no cat

Exhaust is on, sounds just right! nice deep grumble similar to that of an s3, not intrusive, and still quiet in the car!. Performance wise it feels better through the midrange, the cat was probably choking the turbo a bit mind. Will get some underneath shots when i can, quality is perfect! can'y thank jeff at pipewerx enough!
