I aint so sure he's defo a bit hit and miss (mind the pun) but he could be one of those who just fits in. I doubt it though as he comes across as lazy.

Guillem Ballague in his latest pod cast for The Times has said Rafa is close to wrapping up 3 deals. One of these could of been for Degen who is a done deal, and the other two are beleived to be Barry and Dossena. If Degen wasnt one of these then Riise for Milner has been mentioned a fair bit in the last week.

He then goes on to say that Rafa will concentrate on signing another forward. No names or hints given so could be anyone.

Im hoping its big money though, as Degen + Barry + Dossena = £25m (approx), and we'll easily be bringing in this much through the sale of players like Crouch (£8m), Carson (£6m), Pennant (£5m), Riise (£3m) and then a load of misc players.

It is something to joke about as he scores fuck all....but its the same amount as both Hargreaves and Carrick (and Scholes) who both cost over 3x what he did
