avoid chocolate, cheese and ham i fyou have migraines!
My brother gets them if he eats large amount of any of the above, i get slight headaches from cheese and chocolates.

As most people know at meets, I have to ask for no cheese OR hope it isnt totally melted to the burger when I ghet it so I can peal it offff

Used to get migraines when I was around a 12-14, & that was with the flashing bits infront of my eyes....I dont think this is a migraine cos its a headache that just comes for a few seconds, then goes..then back etc...... but could be wrong I suppose!
