Ive got so much work I dont know what to do first

And i keep getting a headache every morning but just behind my left eye then i feel sick, so take a tablet then it goes away....might take trip to the doctor soon....

ihad ayummy muffin just now, white chocolate and strawberry, was nice, its someones birthday so they had to bring in cakes!, which i think it should be everyone else bringing in cakes!
