Most alchohol companys have been printing that information on bottles for over a year now with that whole drinkaware.co.uk thing going on. Soon it will be law.

Yes but banning drugs and making them illegal hasnt really made much of a diffrence has it? its just made more crime more work for the police etc.

Drugs are easily available?and always will be no matter what the goverment do.so instead of going against it would be better imo.

and the way this goverments going they will most probably ban alchohol in the future

Hes dead right, see my previouis comment about teh UK people not being mentally mature enough to handle the law change.

I have no doubts that it would be under more control than it is now, if it had been looked into and controlled years ago. All this police time to close drug barons businesses etc...

If it were legal, would there be AS MANY big time dealers?? Im not saying there wouldn't be dealers pushing rubbish material out, but then if it were legal, and people had the choice to either

Go to dodgy dealer, get rubbish, but pay less...
or
Go to shop/chemist whatever, get quality but reduced size merchandise, and pay slightly more...

I know i'd choose the latter. But as said, many peopel haven't got the brains to think like this.

going for it, would cause more problems then going against

if a person has an addiction they will feed it, at the moment its hard(er) for them to feed it than if they are legal

On a different note, I was made aware that the legal drink driving limit isn't 44 anymore, its 38..

That equals to about 1 pint.

I don't drink much, and never ever drink and drive.

Was only made aware when i got rammed by funny enough, a drunk driver.

Limit last I knew was 44.

Drunk driver knocked my dad off his bike and broke his neck, left him to die, so to any drink drivers, I hope you suffer in some way, badly.

Going on that note, a lot of people don't really worry about the effects of drugs before then going for a drive in their car. Obviously theres been loads of publicity about the dangers of drink driving, but not as much in the way of drug driving. Many people will be against drink driving, but how many of those same people will have gone for a drive whilst under the influence of some other substance?

Yepp, the point is people are told to believe what they are meant to believe. Alcohol is OK, weed is bad. Pills will kill you.

The only thing that I can say for certain is that people in this country drink way too much and going out just isn't that good anymore because of it.

He's dead right again.

Go out, get drunk, watch fight, angryness, hostility? Wake up with hangover, maybe much worse.

Pills, take one (or whatever), jump around like a headless chicken, feel "big love" for whoever is next to you. Get pilly willy, suffer the next day, but not like a hangover.

Stay in with a few friends, watch a film, play some cards, get a takeaway, have a smoke, have nothing but a laugh. Wake up next day like nothings happened.

I don't think they are bad.

Alcohol is a drug. So is nictoene.

Anything that affects your bodily function is.

I'm hyper sensitive to caffine. I'd probably have a heart attack.

It depends how much heroin you put in each of the needles.
