Do it through the 'My team' tab.

If it's 4,4,2 and you wanted say a 3-5-2 then click one of the defenders out so their shirt disappears using the yellow arrow under their shirt then push the green 'up' arrow under the shirt of the player you wish to replace him with!

A couple of the papers are apparantly saying Bartons celebration at the weekend was a nazi salute
