yes mark but why only impose it on muslims can there not be another form of terrorist or extremists. This method im sure would involve increasing the powers given to police and identifying tags for muslims ?again you would almost be livingn in fear of being a muslim. its almost like jews having to wear the star of david during Nazi regime so that people knew they were jews.

Other religions arnt killing people at this moment...last time I checked...these people shouting "Allah" as they drive a burning car into a packed terminal of families are connected with the muslim faith...

tbh its a very short term plan of action i mean imagine the costs of setting this all up?
imagine the logistics of people and the huge amounts of data being collected. who would have access to it there are huge logistical parts of the whole process that will need to be discused and passed through parliment before this could even be considered.
in that time a more moderate solution which has already been tabled could have worked

No major logistics at all...just a single number for any muslim to call should they wish to report someone...and a database to hold all the info of each muslim from each mosque etc...
I think your just looking for excuses now...

ive decieded that with a view to current affairs living on a boat is the safest place

In the cases of people such as Ian Huntley, Harold Shipman.... when there is no doubt then death pentalty is ideal. But yeah, it'd have to be cases that are beyond doubt.
