Why are so many people scared of asking people out??

I have less confidence in that respect than 99% of people on here but no way would I let the thought of someone saying no stop me from doing it!!

I think like Andy though, I would like to plan it out slightly first to save further embarassment, probably down to what I'd say but I would still do it
