Mileage creeping up slowly!

Also sister got a new car, so got a few sly pics, fecking nice car to drive! better looking too than her other tt, this being a Black Edition.

My cars lower....thats all i can win with

size of the wheels compared to 13s..... haha

Two random pics

Rio Progress.......

started by tidying up the insides abit, and then started on the rusty arches etc, not got far, been busy with work and the missus.

rear passenger arch rust.

ground back to metal, looks like its taken a wack on the corner at somepoint too ??? fair crumpled.

Painted with bumpy hammerite, does the job as its not going to be seen ofcourse

same on the other arch,

Going to tidy up the rear next, its not actually that rusty, had a fight with a towbar at somepoint i think though.

Also tidied the boot out, it was filthy

G4VPP should have progress this month as i hope to fit tyres on the new wheels. but unexpectedly got my tax reminder through so will have too see! sick of waiting to get them on now!

Sorry for rambling on

Purchased my tyres for the astra steels. 165/45/15s

Also got some electric mirrors ready for when i get everything together to have electrics

sorted the rear on the Rio aswel, painted up the crash bar and straightened out where someones towbar smacked it (im guessing)

Before

During

Painted crash bar

Refit it

Got the car up on axle stands to see what the oil leak was. think its the sump gasket. and got some pics of the underside, looks solid, nice new exhaust too

They will look lush with all four wheels on.

I reckon you should paint the hub centres for now if your getting some centres and get some shiny new bolts. Will make a huge difference.
