Just read on cutters that if you are a novice then polishing the rims is a massive ballache full of swearing. Suppose you could always get them done professionally if they don't turn out right. At least you would have tried

Acht its just a ballache if you do it wrong, might aswell give it a go

Do it white Tom & you can keep your bue roof & get black leather..........would look rather nifty

There is the issue of your leather atm Tom if you paint it any other colour tbh - especially if you keep the blue roof as that'll be 3 different colours.

Can your leather guy do full recolouring if not?!

Alpine White with a blue roof would be fine.

Swap the leather for Black, or get yours retrimmed!!! Black with a white piping....shouldnt be too dear

White, leather as it is will mean re-dye roof

Red, leather as it is will mean re-dye roof

You're either going to have to redye roof or recolour leather imo otherwise it'll look wrong

I agree that going white could increase value though! I still think you should paint it same colour as that Golf though!

As you have light leather colourisation can be done! Spray and seal job!

Imola Reds are worth loads too!

There's a complete second hand black roof for £350. I think the grey would look ok with White. Il find some examples

If the roofs black it'll be alreet, if you left it blue it'll look shocking.

Blue will look sexual against white. Keep the grey intreior, keep an eye out for the bluje leathers to come up
