My Mum is very high up in the NHS but she'd not even be able to save me if I got hammered one night and revealed allsorts...

One girl I worked on Haemotology wards with was dismissed because she put "God I hate looking after old people, they are sooooo annoying, can't wait to change placements".
The ward sister seen it and called her in, and said that if she hated the patients so much then maybe she should change careers, needless to say that when her mentor wrote it on her end of placement wrie up, the uni kicked her off and gave the reason "We won't fund nurses who don't sympathise with the patients"
