I picked this up in September 2010. When i fetched it, it had the following spec

Gsi/sport interior
1.7 isuzu turbo diesel engine rolling roaded at 116bhp and 175 lb ft at 1.2bar boost
Gsi skirts and spoiler
Front mounted intercooler
Full turbo back powerflow exhaust with letter box exit
Samco boost hoses
induction filter
Tigra Alloy wheels
Spax adj shock
40 MM eibatch springs
Boost gague
Cd player
Imobiliser/alarm
V6 brakes
Fully polybushed
Quick shift
Braided brake lines

It came like this

As soon as i got it home i fitted my cheap coilover overs and cav 2litre brakes from my old corsa and fitted the RH cups i had. It then looked like this

I then sold the Rh cups and coilovers and went back to the spax suspension but fitted 60mm springs and fitted some astra GTE wheels

Then cam the Cavalier Diplomatic leather seats and i increased the boost and fuel to what it is currently 1.75 bar

I then sold the gte wheels and replaced them with a set of cav slabs

I then sold the supsension and fitted a set of FK highsport front coilovers with 300lb springs and left the spax adjustables rear shocks in with the 60mm springs. I also got a set of cavalier expression alloys and fitted them and thats how its been for most of this year.

Since then i have fitted a carbon fibre bonnet, Rover Vietesse recaros and some deep dish alloys. It now has a Rarb and 180lb 90mm rear springs.

Over christmas im hoping to fit my RHB5 turbo onto a custom made manifold which Dewismotorsport kindly made for me.

I will get pics of all this wen ever i get a chance.

Thanks for reading

Got my manifold before christmas so ive bolted my turbo back together after its rebuild and got it bolted up. Ordered the new size silicone hoses i need for it, hopefully there here before the end of the week so i can get it on the van.
Just need to pop to pirteck in the next couple of days to get the water and oil lines made up.
Then when its all mounted up i can get the external wastegate on it and get the screamer pipe made up

this only really gets hot if you sit over 90 for a period of time, but ill be heat wrapping the manifold and getting an oil cooler in the spring so that will sort out any high temp issues

Well i have not managed to get the new turbo on as my silicone hoses are yet to arrive. Im also having to send the manifold back to have the wastegate flange moved as currently it will hit the alternator.

Iv'e got some up to date pictures though
