Small update, while taking rest of bits of corsa before it goes to scrap on friday i tried to get a few bits ready for working on nova tomorrow,

corsa internal shifter to try fit, its basically there already just a bit to trim away from old one that was welded in

fuel lines, should be nice and easy job.

then trimmed bits off the bumper and removed bumper irons

then had a pre school moment

bit more trimming to do on bumper, new fittings and tidy up, just need some squares then the car can be educational

corsa brake servo and direct pedal set up, other than cutting the hole (i dont mind) anything else to know other than moving the battery ?

and gets rid of the old brackets and long bar save weight

Started my wiring nightmare, i think i will be using fair bit of the loom now, i first started with this

another set of wires are coming in by the standard nova hole and i need to drill a hole at other side, i have put the fuel line through the old heater water pipe and they come out direct to where they need to be i need 2 rubber bungs to stop it rubbing

anyone fitted corsa dash ?

I had a little go at fitting corsa dash, almost got there but a little to much work, it did sit pretty good and looked ok at one point when lifted up (sadly not in the pictures) but gave up

so made life easier

i have also spent a bit of time stripping down my wires getting rid of anything i dont need (not 100% on a few yet)

what are these for and can i get rid

also what wires must i not cut from plug that goes in back of dials for revs, speedo and temp (i know come are for lights/indicators)

at first i wasn't sure, but i know it wont be to everyone's taste but grew on me, and i had it left over from my old mk1 GTi cab so gave it a go

then did mk2 GTi conversion, rear disc setup, fitted few new wings sprayed it black to help protect ready for respray (but then sold it)

Other than powerbox, cams, decent 4-2-1 mani, plus freeflowing exhaust, ARP bolts and raised rev limit.

Not really an update, engine turns over needs fuel, but parts im after dont seem to be coming up or possible scammers (just had a close call),

i got rudely woken up this morning and ended up with another corsa

may keep and redtop it, sell or strip i haven't really had time to decide lol but something to tinker with till i get parts i want for nova.
