I don't have a favourite as such, they are all good for different reasons.

Facebook is probably my most used
Remote is good as it means I can change music whilst on the shitter
Sky sports news is good for keeping an eye on footie
Worms is good for a time killer

and if you are jailbroken
3g unrestrictor - lets all apps think they are on wifi when on 3g so apps like skype work everywhere

Only had my phone a few days so far. Use the facebook one the most at the moment. Sky Sports News one is alright as well

Paper toss and the sheep game (where you have to keep hitting the sheep whilst it flys) are both brilliant DJ Sawka (not free) is also a brilliant app
