Bunch of nobs around Manchester when it comes to parking. I were getting parking tickets on a weekly basics at one point. I even got one for an inch of the rear bumper being out the white line. Bastard took pictures of my car at a right good angle and of the Pay and Display sign. This was in Manchester City Centre somewhere.

Never had a ticket in Liverpool and have parked in some right dodgy situations. We used to park all over the place when at uni due to it being in the city centre and to skint to pay for parking.
