took my car in for an mot today and it failed on rear springs and exhaust

so took some lowering springs and my stainless exhaust off my black sport up there.

they were not happy about having to fit them,

kept saying it would knock and would be too loud to pass the mot! even though i told them it had been on my last corsa for years

sozzers!

... no they just dont want the hassle of fitting aftermarket parts that ALWAYS involve more work than standard parts. Something is always slightly out of line, or needing trimmed etc.

Just DIY.

Unusual to find a garage that would be willing to fit used/2nd hand parts.

Not surprised they weren't keen though.

This makes me laugh, people complain about the recession and struggling in business but no one wants the work. You can fit rear springs and zorst in 20 mins!!!! easy money for the garage
