Gave the civic a quick wash yesterday & took advantage of the decent weather to get some pics.

Standard ride height, the one in front of the shutters is on a 'slight' slope
Can't lower it really, as I use the car for work & have to call on house building sites on a regular basis!

Got smashed up nearly 5 years ago now Had owned it for about 3 at that point.
Was a cracking car & had just started getting it how I wanted it. Carbon bonnet had only been on about 2 weeks & had some nice 15" Rota's on order.
Was a complete ballache with the other guy being uninsured - took nearly 2 years to get the claim settled

Bought my civic brand new for £15.3k just over 4 years ago & they are still going for about £9k for a decent one
Got a good deal on it to be fair - 2 years 0%, 2 years free servicing, GAP insurance, mats & about £3.5k off list

tbh, not everyone wants a car that scrapes off the floor. i've done it and grew to hate the car

what!

all i said was lower it, not scrape on the floor and how does that make me the expert lmao..

if i said yeh slam on its tits so you cant get anywhere, then fair enough.. (which my photoshop aint)

a 40/60 drop or 60 all round would look top, make the car look sporty which it should..

it looks sporty as it is. most people dont want to lower it and compromise the ride.

For me its not so much about the ride, its just the fact I would struggle with it going on & off sites.

even 30mm spring kit would make it look more sporty, handle better, and still have enough room underneath

it would look better lowered a little (like gavins one was on eibachs) but i know the problems i've had just getting over speedbumps with 30mm springs so going into building sites would be a big no no with regards to lowering.
