thats about all i know, whatabout special editions? is a merit better than an sxi?

a sxi is better than a merit because the sxi had colour coded bumpers, better interior ( same as the later sport models) heated and electric mirrors, rear spoiler, air bag in the steering wheel and a 16v engine

Only available on M reg for 1 year between SRi/Sport cross over.

Same engine as 1.4 16v Sport.

yeah most were 8v then a short period of 16v before replaced by the sport model as it was insurance friendly
