It can be done. I just wouldn't want to see what happened to the 1. Gearbox 2. Clutch or 3. Engine if this was done repeatedly to it.

Might have a hell of a long box, wont matter if it standard or not, could take an age to reach 93 in third.
Couldnt tell you the ratios for a GSI though, know the ratios for many a peugeot box though

that's your own fault for being a complete tit, not insurance companies
take some responsibility for your own actions.
i've had 1 accident where i hit a lamp post in the rain, my fault for driving too fast for the conditions and 2 non fault accidents where other cars have hit me. i was born in 1988 and can still drive a pretty quick car for 1k fc insurance.

My 14xe gls does 55 in 2nd
84ish in 3rd
And 105 in 4th so not to bad, i know my parents nissan almera 1.5 does do 96mph in 3rd

All depends on ratio of the box.
My corsa-c did 63 in 2nd, unknown in 3rd, and 130ish in 4th! never found out the speed in 5th.
similar to my astra-gsi
