Wanting to get rid of the leon, costing too much to run in fuel, and want something with class..

Was thinking one of these:

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1250120.htm

6K will get a decent one.. anyone have any dealings with BMW? Thinking its a good choice of car? Not bothered about speed anymore, would rather drive round in a nice beemer

go for it mate, just dont get a silver one as they are so dull, 325 and 330 are same tax bracket, not much difference in insurance and you'll find yourself booting the 325 about so will have the same economy as 330 if you get what i mean

You want something with class, so you're after a BMW convertible?
Hardly a classy car in my eyes
Also, i can't imagine it being much better than a LCR on fuel...

BMW convertible hardly oozes class, and it will be more thirsty than an LCR too. and a higher tax bracket with tires and consumables costing more...

Class is something like a jag, merc or aston!

Keep the LCR!

325 and 330 will consume as much, if not more, fuel then an LCR.

If you had different reasons for wanting one then cool. But it wont save you money on fuel.

You'll get around 300 miles to £55-60 in a 330, as tomo said the 325 will be similar.
