Meh, not just Vaux do this I'm sure other marques suffer with this issue as well.

Our first Arden Astra VXR suffered with this, the 'Burg hasn't had an issue.

Have you checked the seal to see if it's creased or anything when the light has been put on?

There are breather holes in the lights if you look closely, just see if they aren't filled up with dirt or something when you get the new ones.

Yeh I had the light off. The lense hasn't been bonded to the back from new. It bows out in the centre.

Vauxhall weren't going to replace it if it was a seal but its obvious its a manufacturing fault so they were happy to replace it. Other sides fine.

It's also just been pressure washed, I wouldn't have even complained.

Why not, it does it every time it rains or is washed whether I use the pressure washer or not. Its a manufacturing fault, not anything that I've caused.

I had posted that before reading the last post from you, an actual fault fair enough. Probably even try even if I couldn't see a fault, loads of stuff does that after being pressure washed though.

happened on the new shape focus aswell when they first came out last year. as ojc said, something to do with the breather holes.

my fiesta headlights did it sometimes, but that's because I ''detangoed'' them so had to take them apart, clean them up and re-seal them.

Was tempted to split it and reseal it myself but its only just over a year and a half old so thought i'd try my luck with the warranty.

This is why Vauxhall are a bunch of twat faced cunts. Exactly the same problem with my VX220 but they told me i couldnt have one because the light is classed as a trim part. WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT EVEN MEAN

Nothings built to last anymore. Thge PS pump on jades mini is fucked & the cars only done 25k miles. However because its 2 months out of warranty mini (BMW) dont want to know about it. Now is it just me or is that absolute bull shit that its not being treated as a fault? Ive had several cars with over 100-170k miles on an original PS pump

Its been reported by BBC Watchdog & everything due to the number of pump failures yet they maintain theres no problem & its not a recall. Shoddy to say the least.

Common as feck Col. I've changed loads. BMW are being wankers. They know it's a huge fault and won't own up cos it'll cost em millions.
