I don't understand this

If I take a CBT on an automatic twist and go, can I ride any bike up to 125cc, gears or not? Or do I have to take a manual CBT test?

I was looking at getting a step through bike (Something like a Honda C90/ANF 125)?

Nope a CBT is a CBT doesn't matter what you take it on.
Once it's done it will last 2 years but you'll be able to ride a 50cc moped forever without L plates

Man up pow, its the same as a car, it will only go as fast the rider makes it go, my bike is apparently capable of 120mph, but doesnt mean ive been near the figure (I can only go to 100mph because any faster and my helmet feels like its going to come off )

CBT covers you for everything upto 125cc, and that lasts a year, i did my cbt on a saturday and by the fri i had passed my bike bike test and picked up the cbr600rr on the sat-jus blitz it in a week and get it done, but as someone said-wrong time of year, but get it done this year then first decent day next year get out on it!! i was out with around ten folk yesterday-felt good getting on the bike after a month, and i also have no chicken strips anymore

Nor am I pow really, but it aint half fun leaning right over in a decent corner and still coming out of it at 60/70, when even in the car you would have slowed to 40 to get round

Danny, new lid time as it doesn't fit right. Tilt head downwards a few degree's.

chicken stripes, whats those Though due to the tyre size, i won't ever get rid of the fronts.

Don't get a scooter. I got a 200cc one when i passed my test for ease of "twist and go" for london.

Worst mistake of my motoring life ever.
