that civic must get through some tyres. Bet it spins up in most gears when hitting v tec aswell.
RX-8's nice, are they really bad on oil? or is that pub talk

I think the maw's takes about a couple of litres a month. That's with about 75 miles driving every day.

Always liked these.
Love the stereos. Same as in the facelift Mazda 3's.

RX8
Was back at my last place of work today doing a job there (i'm a spark) and there were 2 RX8's.. one getting a new engine and the other getting a rebuild.Engine one was a 53 plate having done 50K and the rebuild one was an 04 plate and done just 45k.They use shit loads of oil...shit loads of fuel..insurance is high as is the Tax bracket and there not even quick cars!!!
EVO mag have just given back there long term RX8 and pretty much summed the car up..worth a read as much for the negatives as the positives.
Ash please don't shout at me! i only speak the truth buddy.

Take it you didnt take the pics in RAW? You can fiddle about with the colour balance in Photoshop, like so -
Hosted on Fotki
Im not that great at it as i use Bridge if any of mine come out dodgy, im sure someone else could do a much better job

Yeah i take pics in RAW then process them with Adobe Bridge. It lets you play about with white balance and exposure if you dont get it quite right as well as lots of other stuff.
Usually comes with Photoshop CS 2/3/4 etc.

Sorry mate but i've never been a fan of the car on the whole Don't get me wrong they handle really well..the interior is a very nice place to be and i personally think they look amaizing especially in Black with the Chrome wheel option.I just don't think all the high costs are worth the performance output.
The RX7 is another matter though...great cars.

I deliberately didn't comment earlier as I knew you'd come in gunning for me
I kind of agree on the hassle to performance ratio, if I didn't have the turbos on mine I don't think I'd have stuck with it. But as for everything else you're saying, I think you're exaggerating.
Next RX8 REALLY needs forced induction.
But Stan, just enjoy it, you can prevent lots of problems with simple, regular checks and maintenance.
