picked up my new (old) car tonight a black 'J' reg 1.4 8v nova sri
its awsome fun. i came across it last night, ive always wanted a nova but most of them are rotten so i just forgot about them, this one came up so i bought it

yup as i said, most of the novas are rusty now so i just forgot about them, but this one came up and i had to buy it the paint needs a bit of TLC but bodywork and interior is mint

Black SRi's are lovely, good buy as it will only go up in value. I love Nova's but i dont think i could ever go back to driving them again

So what have you thought of doing to it.. I know your going to throw money at it like its going out of fashon but what going to be done. Also do it a favor body get some good pics up pronto lol.. Nice buy tho how much you part with for it?

i thought that last vid nova was on carbs the noise on it
im not sure wheather to rebuild a 1.6 8v and tune that, or keep it original with the 1.4 8v and do something with that.
ill get good pics up later going for a spin over the black mountains
