why do some peope have an inability to remove their foot from the throttle when they loose it.
Instead of removing it, they plant it

Lol, nice and casual.
I had to do a similar maneuver today when an RX8 pulled out infront of me. Wasn't impressed!

Maybe they actually know how to handle a car. Lifting off is usually the worst thing you can do when you lose it!

Saying that, 1.03 really annoyed me. The guy spins then rolls straight into that other car, like he couldnt have braked.

If you are losing it in a FWD you have to plant it.

I was going to say, slight bit of correction, foot down (presuming most they are FWD) and your away. Most people just either lift off or slam on the brakes with full lock which is not a good idea

Letting go of the throttle on a RWD car mid slide is the worst thing you can do.

Its funny, if there were two crashes like that in this country on the same piece of road caught on camera the road would have been closed off, resurfaced and they would have put 'slippery road' signs everywhere for miles around.

Looks like he's actually wheelspinning to get going again. Probably went for the wrong pedal.
There's a few people at it. Check the Audi at 1.33.

Shitty surface combined with too much speed, lack of tallent and bald tyres.
