Hi I am new here.
I have seen my mate browsing on here and I thought I'd join

My cousin has been really nice to me and given me his peugeot 306 for free

N reg, grey, XLD. 1.9!
Came with the standard alloys (if they are classed as alloys lmao).
Pics on their way.

Wanting general tips about maintenance and such like and also simple cheap modifications

[such as how it looks, no body kits though please].

its peugeot, get rid lol,
half decent cars if ya look after them
De-badge and maybe de'lock the boot, lower it, nice wheels, maybe smoked rears, rear tints and then sound system maybe

?

Yeah i signed up a few days before i got the car.
Haaa. I wasn't sure about what car I was getting, except I was thinking about corsa's [hence my 2nd reason for signing up here].

Best mods are some S2 upgrades like the red hazard switch, clear side repeaters, increased fuel 1/4 turn, D-turbo rear interior light, colour coded mirrors, GTi-6 Cyclone alloys.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
